Welcome, and thank you for taking the time to visit my website.


My name is Sue Beresford and I have been helping people professionally for over twenty years. I am a trained and fully accredited counsellor and psychotherapist, working with individuals and couples, offering counselling and therapy in the Reigate and Redhill area.


For many years I have successfully supported therapy clients to tackle a wide variety of issues and difficulties. These include, for example, the challenges of: anxiety, panic attacks, depression, bereavement, stress, loss of direction, work-life balance, redundancy, lack of confidence and low self esteem, relationship issues, sexual difficulties, trauma and addictions (including food addiction). Therapy with couples often focuses on improving communication skills and reenergising the relationship.


My practice is based near the railway station in Reigate, Surrey (parking is available). Clients typically come from Reigate, Redhill, Merstham, Dorking, Banstead, Horley and surrounding areas, including Coulsdon, Caterham and Crawley.


My fees are currently £47 for individuals and £57 for couples. Fees are fixed in September and reviewed annually.
